Nicola Lamb is a pastry chef, recipe developer and author of Kitchen Projects, a weekly deep dive into the “why” of baking. Nicola trained in New York and London’s top bakeries, including Dominique Ansel and Little Bread Pedlar, and shares her concepts to sell out pastry events in London with her pop-up Lark!
