New to our menu: Beanz Meanz Swinez
It's always a good day when we get to launch a new menu item, and today
is one of those days..
After many months of honing and perfecting, our chef and founder James is
finally happy with his baked beans recipe. Top-quality coco beans cooked
low-and-slow in a rich tomato and duck-fat enriched sauce, finished with
pulled ham hock and topped with crispy, sage-infused panko breadcrumbs.
Serve on a slice of toast slathered with - you guessed it - our naughty,
porkv, bacon butter.
It's a hearty, possibly slightly farty (but well worth it), breakfast of champions.
